The item(s) will be delivered up to 5-7 working days from date of purchase. The following Delivery charges are for UK mainland only:

up to 1 item – £3.50
up to 2 items – £5.50
up to 3 items – £7.50
up to 4 items – £9.50
5 items or more – £10.50

Delivery is made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, normal delivery times are 2 – 7 working days.

A signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called.

Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in resalable condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If the items arrive faulty simply return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Simply return products to the following address in condition suitable for resale:
